To check email, use one of the software programs from the list below:

NOTE: Please do not set your email account to check for messages any less than "every 5 minutes." Many users checking mail more frequently than this may cause server slowness.

Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express

Quick Reference:

Incoming POP/POP3 Server:
mail.yourdomain.com
(example = mail.name-server.net)
Outgoing SMTP Server:
YOUR ISP Mail Server
(example = mail.comcast.net)
User Name:
Your email address usermane@yourdomain.com
(example = johnsmith@hisdomain.com)
In Netscape Messenger:
username should be user@domain.com
(example = bob@hisdomain.com)
